I had been under a significant amount of stress and was struggling to cope with the emotional and physical toll it was taking. When working with Helen I always felt safe and at ease, knowing that we were actively working together and making progress. I left each session feeling better than when I arrived. Now I feel calmer, more confident and like I have control over my life again. I can identify moments and causes of stress and manage them using the tools Helen shared with me. It has been a transformative journey, and I am so grateful to have worked with her.
