I hoped to learn ways to look after my body in the way it wants to work, and the day really helped me do that. I learned the importance of alignment of the body and how simple things done regularly can make a difference over time. I’ve become more conscious of my posture and plan to do the exercises regularly. It was a great day that was well-paced, and Helen was sensitive to the needs of each person, adapting things for each of us so it felt like having her personal attention. I would thoroughly recommend her.
