I went through the menopause early, at 46. So I understood very early on that bone health is really important [and] that building bone strength was key. So when this course came up, I knew that this was something that was going to make sense. I would thoroughly recommend it […] the movements you do are very subtle, very gentle, but they are powerful […] and long term. And it’s clear in my mind that if I [can] keep up the very good work of doing very simple movements [that] are very easy to incorporate into your day, I know that my bones will go from strength to strength.
