If you have a body and you can breathe, you can do yoga. And if you’re ready to (re)connect with your body and your breath and open to seeing where that leads you, then you’re my perfect yoga student!

Yoga for Every Body

Yoga for Every Body (YfEB) is a gentle yet powerful approach to Hatha yoga, inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli (what does that mean?!). These classes combine the friendly, interactive feeling of a traditional class with the convenience of practicing in the comfort of your own home.

  • No contortions required! Learn how your body needs to move today
  • Improve body awareness, flexibility, core strength and mindfulness
  • No previous yoga experience necessary
  • Two weekly classes to choose from
    • Tuesdays 11am – 12.15pm 
    • Wednesdays 7pm – 8.15pm
    • Classes run in 6-week blocks, roughly in line with English school terms
  • Become a member for full benefits (blue button)
  • Or try a taster class at your convenience (grey button)

YfEB Members receive:

  • Access to all Live Yoga for Every Body classes
  • Two classes per week, 36 teaching weeks per year (reflecting English school terms)
  • 24/7 access to class video recordings for when you can’t make live classes and/or to practice at your own convenience
